Accepting Referrals

Referred quotes are flagged as "Referred" in the state column of the quote screen and can be filtered using the "Filter by status" option

The referrals are found on the review tab of the quote screen, the number of unaccepted referrals is displayed on the tab name

Use the "Accept Referral" reason to mark an individual referral as acceptable

All referrals must be accepted before a Quote can be approved
