Create an Underwriting Edit Session

Select the "Edit Quote" button found on the Underwriting of quote

Starting a Edit Session places a quote into the same state as a Manual Review in order to prevent the quote being actioned by other system users during the Edit Session

Enter a reason for the Underwriting Edit (Please note, the reason box title needs to be updated, please bear with us)

Once the reason has been submitted the Edit Session is now open, this can be seen by:

The quote state will move to referred (if not referred before Edit Session)

The Underwriting tab will show "Edit Active"

"Discard Session" & "Complete Session" options are now available
