Manual Review

When a user would like to have non referred quote reviewed by an Underwriter they can use the Manual Review process.

The manual review process places the quote into a referred state and allows the user to add a reason for the review for the underwriter to action.

To request a manual review of quote select the "Request Manual Review" button from the quote screen

Enter the reason for the Manual Review and submit

The quote is then placed into a referred state and the entered reason displayed on the Review tab for an underwriter to action
