Navigate to the Distributors tab
Select the name of the distributor you want to add a new user to
N.B. a distributor user will only see their company and so only be able to add users to their company. An Insurer user will be able to select from the full list of their distributors and add users to any distributor.
Select the Users tab
And then the "Add new distributor user" button, shown above.
Complete and submit the New User form
Once submitted an invitation is sent to the input email address containing a bespoke link for the user to register as a user.
